    Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please speak to one of our staff on which products are exempt.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
